Analysis of process for production of small plates

Theme of the Master’s thesis is analysis of process for production of small plates. Main parts of the thesis are analysis of the production process, process mapping, data capture, analysis of the data by Pareto analysis and find causes of nonconformities. Causes analysis is based on data analysis and process observation. It is divided to chapters by factors which are influencing the process. Optimization measures are designed with regard to their simplicity of realization and system in organization.

ALSTOM Group, the Division of boilers production, located in Brno. This thesis contains an analysis of current status of nonconformities control process and designs a new nonconformity control process using a new internal database for resolving of nonconformities. These measures should deal with the efficiency of the management of nonconformities process and reduce current company pains.

This Bachelor thesis with the title Christian nonconformity by J. H. Yoder and M. L. King, deals with the specific status of Christian in society. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the ethical concept of J. H. Yoder and the second part is dedicated to the ethical concept of M. L. King. The final part is attempting to compare both approaches with a focus on nonconformity. In the comparison is persuaded the social aspect in particular and shows the relationship between the society and the Christians according both concepts. Community of Young Nonconformists on the Labour Market

The thesis deals with the problems of a community of young nonconformist on the labour market, specifically the community of hipsters. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of terms - community, generation, nonconformity and labour market. The practical part is devoted to a description of community, an analysis of topics arising from the research community and resulting from the theoretical part of thesis and then an interpretation of the research results on the labour market with the use of sociological methods. The goal of thesis was processed of data using a case study, which it describes and analyzes the main aspects of community´s life, the working life in this case. I consider the main contribution of this thesis a description of nonconformist´s behaviour in this community on the labour market, which can be useful for companies to know, because they are maybe concerned about the employment of people from this subculture.
